At SCP, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all protective padding and hardware to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
